The IP address for our Washington DC location will change from January 26, 2012. The new IP details are given in the below table.

If you have enabled IP restriction in your server, make sure that you add the new IP address into the allowed list. This change is necessary to ensure that our monitoring request does not get hindered.

Update: Unfortunately, our upgrade process didn't go as smoothly as planned. Hence the old IP address of Netherlands is still valid. If you have white listed the new IP addresses, we recommend you to revert to ensure smooth and continuous monitoring from Netherlands server. We will keep you informed regarding the IP change.

We are in the process of upgrading our Netherlands (Rotterdam) monitoring server. As a result, you might face some disturbance in terms of monitoring capability from this location. We also like to inform you that we will be obtaining new IP addresses as a result of this upgrade.

We request all Site24x7 users, who use Netherlands monitoring server as one of their primary or secondary monitoring location, to exclude the old IP address and white list the new IP address in their firewall rules. This would enable smooth monitoring of your websites and servers from this location.

We have added two more locations to our global monitoring network. One server is from Sydney, Australia and the other is from Auckland, New Zealand. Below are their IP address for your reference.
