An overview of Reports section(part 3)

Author: Arun

In earlier posts of the ‘Reports Overview’ series, we discussed availability reports and response time reports. Today, in the last part of this series, we will discuss comparison reports along with the other options available within the ‘Reports’ tab.

Comparison Reports

The Reports tab provides an option to compare the performance of your websites over a period of time. All you need to do is login to your Site24×7 account, navigate to the ‘Reports’ tab, select from the sites listed under ‘All Websites Availability Report’ and click Compare.

This reports provides a comparison chart of the response times of your sites as well as their hourly average in milliseconds. If you are managing multiple websites, this report is very useful way to compare their performances and know which one performed better over a period of time.

Reports over a custom time period

Site24×7 stores your website monitoring data from the day you add it for monitoring. All the reports, including availability and response time reports, can be viewed over a period of time. There are a multitude of time ranges available by default. You can choose any of these or specify the exact ‘From and To’ dates.

Reports through email

Site24×7 reports section also gives you the option of sending reports through email. You can choose to send reports for any website or web application you are monitoring.

I believe this series of articles have given you an overview of the Reports section and were helpful to clear some of your doubts. If you have any questions, please contact support@site24×7.com

How can we enhance the reports section and make it more comprehensive? What else would you like to see in the Reports section? Pour in your suggestions.
